Everyday Heroes Submission

For our inaugural edition of Famous Americans, we would like to recognize not just the nationally famous people in history, but also the everyday folks who make the USA the great nation that it is.  Please nominate an outstanding citizen in your community on this form.  (The person does not have to be alive to be honored)  We will be contacting you for a photo and further information to create a card based on your nomination.
