Revolutionary War era James Otis Signed Document

Hi all,

First post here. My father recently purchased this document at a garage sale in Massachusetts supposed signed by Revolutionary figure James Otis. For Father’s Day I wanted to at least get an idea of if it’s genuine. James Otis Jr is the famous revolutionary figure, but his father (still living at the time of this document) was also named James. So far I’ve been unable to tell which man this signature belongs to. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all in advance!
