OK. I'm old and not used to the different ways that companies do business these days. But is it so difficult to give your customers an easy way to CONTACT you (by phone, of course) when they have an issue to bring to your attention, instead of having to create a "post"? That's my complaint, now I'll get to the gist of my issue. I recently bought a box of Celebrity+ cards. The box was delivered today, but not to me. USPS says "..delivered to the garage door, other door, or an alternate location at the address at 12:45 pm on June 6, etc, etc, etc. Today is June 6, I am stuck at home recovering from foot surgery, my wife is in the living room most of the time either watching tv, doing crossword puzzles - with perfect view of the street and sidewalks. Point is (and you'll have to excuse my being verbose but a simple phone call would have been completed by now), the inside side door was open (screen door locked) and there would be absolutely no reason for someone to walk around the house and put a package on the table that's on the patio, or in the garage that's ALWAYS closed unless one of us is out there - all of these locations that were of course checked once I saw the status at about 4 pm. And another thing - suspiciously enough, my next door neighbor's mail was delivered to me. So first thing tomorrow my poor wife will be going up to our post office to give them the service request that I'll be filling out tonight, so they can look for the box. She will not allow me to go because I'm liable to let my feelings be known. Whatever. So, heads up - if for some reason another neighbor doesn't come knocking with my package, because USPS might be contacting you to confirm my purchase. So do you have a customer service number? Might require an FTE? I guess I understand. Those were the good old days.
